Rob talked about dealing with criticizim expecially with Velvet Elvis. He got pretty emotional and there was an intense moment where you could see some of the pain on his face. Everyone in the room felt that pain. It ended up in a standing ovation for him- thanking him for pouring out his soul in a way that has impacted all 2000 people in that room. It was a cool moment and I think he had more to say, but was so flustered that he didn’t finish the talk. It was cool to see him on such a human level.
